Where are you based, and do you travel for weddings and events?
I’m based in East Sussex and available for weddings and events across Sussex, London, and the surrounding areas. I’m also happy to travel further afield — travel fees may apply depending on the location.
How many weddings and events have you covered, and how long have you been a photographer?
I’ve photographed almost 50 weddings and events in total. I have 4 years of experience and began my photography journey in 2022 in the Philippines.

How do I book, and how far in advance should I reserve my date?
You can book by sending an enquiry through the link below. I recommend booking as early as possible — especially for weekends and peak seasons — as most clients secure their date a few months in advance.
Are your photos edited?
Yes. Every delivered image is carefully edited for a clean, natural, and timeless finish — never heavy filters.
How long does it take to receive our photos?
Typical turnaround times are:
- Weddings: 4–8 weeks
- Portraits & engagements: 2–3 weeks
How will we receive our images?
You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images.
How many photos will we receive?
This depends on your session type and coverage time. I always deliver the best edited images that tell your story fully.
Can we reschedule our booking?
If your new date is available, I’m happy to transfer your booking. If I’m already booked, the change would be treated as a cancellation under the agreement.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your session.
Is the booking fee refundable?
The booking fee secures your date and allows me to turn away other enquiries, so it isn’t refundable. If you book remotely, UK law provides a 14‑day cooling‑off period, which I fully honour.
What if we need to cancel?
I understand that plans can change. The booking fee remains non‑refundable as it reserves your date. If cancellation happens close to the wedding (as outlined in your agreement), the remaining balance becomes payable, as it’s usually not possible to rebook the date at short notice.
Do you help with posing?
Absolutely. I guide you throughout the session so you feel comfortable, while keeping everything natural and authentic.
Do you guarantee specific shots?
I always aim to capture the important moments beautifully. However, weddings are live events — things move quickly, people blink, weather shifts — so no specific image can be guaranteed.
What if guests block shots or refuse photos?
It happens more often than you’d think. I can’t control guest behaviour or require anyone to be photographed. If someone refuses or unintentionally blocks a shot, I’ll adapt as best I can, but these moments aren’t considered a failure of service. A helpful tip: assign one confident friend or family member to help gather people for group photos.
What if our wedding runs late?
Additional coverage is £100 per hour (calculated in 30‑minute increments). Overtime must be requested on the day and is subject to availability.
What happens if it rains?
Rainy weddings can be magical. If certain outdoor photos become impractical, I’ll adjust creatively. The contract simply acknowledges that some conditions are outside anyone’s control.
What happens if equipment fails or images are lost?
I use professional equipment and follow strict backup processes. In the extremely rare event of complete loss beyond my control, liability is limited to a refund of what you’ve paid — though this situation is exceptionally uncommon.
Who owns the photos?
I retain copyright as the creator. Once your final balance is paid, you’re free to print, share, and enjoy your images for personal use. Commercial use requires permission.
Can we edit or add filters to our photos?
You’re welcome to share your images anywhere. I just ask that heavy filters or edits that significantly change the look of the images aren’t applied without permission, to preserve the integrity of the work.
Will our photos be used for marketing?
Sharing a small selection of images helps me grow my business and keep pricing competitive. The standard package includes limited promotional use. If you prefer full privacy, I offer a Confidentiality Upgrade for £100, which must be selected before the wedding date. There’s absolutely no pressure — just transparency.
What is the Confidentiality Upgrade?
This upgrade ensures that no images from your wedding will be used for promotional purposes. It’s an alternative pricing structure for couples who prefer complete privacy.
